Baroque Publishers (U) Ltd is a publishing company that was incorporated in 2004 to pioneer the concept and philosophy of partnership in publishing. Baroque seeks to provide efficient and cost effective publishing services through formation of partnerships with key stakeholders (Central government, Local governments, development partners, major players in the private sector, communities and individuals) in the East African Community region and beyond .
We cherish integrity, the role of staff and the expectations of the end users and stakeholders in the book industry. It is the socio-economic dynamics of the society that synergise our people-centered values that we stand for.
